Presales, Winter, and Everything in between!

This year has been a whirlwind of epic proportions, and luckily we're nearly through! I thought I'd have this website up and running sooner and smoother, but you learn as you go. In the trying winter months and closing of the year, I wanted to take time to reflect on all of the wonderful and terrible events that occurred this year. The most prominent being the loss of life my family incurred just a few months ago. My grandma Irene, to whom I owe so much of myself to, was taken after years of battling with Diabetes and a heart condition. This caught all of us by surprise and helped each of us learn to take our time with each other. As terrible as this was, I've met the love of my life this year as well. Without these two forces, I would not have grown and I would not have delved into selling handmade soaps online. I'm thankful for everything that has happened, for better or for worse, and can see all of the change it brought.

With the opening of this business, I wanted to give a special thanks to my mother, Shannon, for believing in me, my partner, Alex, with whom I know I will always have unending support, and all of my closest friends for their care, concern, and wisdom.

I have dedicated the 'Goodnight, Irene' soap to my grandmother, and pledge that 15% of the proceeds from every bar sold of that soap to be given to help research on Diabetes.
